Learn to Practice Self-kindness
This class will revolve around the ways of nurturing our mind using self-compassion and mindfulness. Self-compassion will be highlighted as the main tool in supporting emotional development and acceptance of negative emotions while Mindfulness will be discussed as a tool to become more self-aware of our thought patterns, habits and behaviour that we have ingrained into ourselves/system.
Nazatul Sahat of EMPOWERIOR Counseling will be instructing you in combining both of these concepts together to bring about self-awareness and kindness into everyday life.
